With the design finalized, we handle all aspects of the permitting and approval process, navigating the complex regulatory landscape on your behalf. From zoning regulations to building codes, we'll ensure that your project complies with all applicable requirements, expediting the approval process and minimizing delays.

The last part of our architecture process takes your dream design and brings it to life. After your plans have been submitted to the City for plan check, you will be contacted by one of our customer relations managers to see if you are interested in taking advantage of our bidding and contractor referral service. We work with a network of trusted contractors and vendors to provide competitive bids and ensure that your project stays on track and within budget.
